Things have certainly changed a lot even within the last 10 years. Sometimes I thought that I was 17 years old like just 2 or 3 years ago!

Commercialism (an attitude that emphasizes tangible profit or success - from Dictionary.com) is everywhere nowadays thanks to the efficient and effective means of communication that we get to enjoy.

The world sometimes tell us that we need to have this or that to be cool, rich, happy, safe, etc. If we don't, others may think that we are weird. When we are weird, then we may not have a lot of "friends".

I don't know how, but I wish that people will not be too busy looking for all these temporary things. Let's go back to basic. L. O. V. E. The love that God has showed and still is showing to us.

It is not easy to love, is it? We are selfish and we want to please ourselves only. Would this world be a better place if we all love each other?

This song may be too young for me, considering the group that sings this song are young teens. Nevertheless, what this song is about still apply to people regardless of the age, because it is about being grateful to God for a brand new day, and being ready to face whatever that comes our way.

How true it is, God always amaze me in good and bad situation. Sometimes I feel that we should also leave space for some surprises (everybody loves surprises, don't they?) and let God show us what He can do for us and how much He cares for us.
